President's Letter

Dear CCIM Miami District Members,

Hola mi gente and welcome to 2026! I’m honored to serve as your CCIM Miami District President, and I’m excited about what we can accomplish together. CCIM Miami is already one of the strongest commercial real estate communities in Florida and this year, we’re going to leverage that strength to position CCIM Miami as the premier platform for dealmaking.

This District is packed with talent, experience, and relationships that move the market. In 2026, we’ll be more intentional about turning connections into conversations and conversations into closed deals.

CCIM Miami as a Platform for Dealmaking

This year, we’re creating more structured and consistent ways for members to:

• Share active opportunities and requirements
• Build partnerships across product types and specialties
• Turn introductions into transactions through trust, repetition, and collaboration

That means more intentional networking, more collaboration, and more ways to engage beyond a handshake, because deal flow follows relationships.

Member-to-Member Experiences

Our designation stands for expertise, credibility, and professionalism. But the real power of CCIM has always been the relationships behind the pin. Whether you’re pursuing your designation or you’ve worn the pin for years, you should feel that CCIM Miami is a place where you belong and where you can win.

Expect more member spotlights, more peer-to-peer connection points, and more opportunities to learn from each other’s real-world wins (and lessons) in the market.

Building community means telling our stories and the CRE Cafecito Podcast has become a powerful extension of that mission. In 2026, we’ll keep growing it as a platform to highlight market insights, member expertise, and the relationships that make CCIM Miami special. It’s more than content, it’s connection.
